Baked Pasta

Tonight we had a simple baked pasta. The pasta was extra from a craft project, and the sauce was made right before cooking, extra sauce went into the freezer for another dinner.
Ingredients: Cheese (Ricotta, Parmesan, Mozzarella), Pasta, Meat Sauce (recipes below).
Rating: Everyone ate it, and asked for seconds so I'll dub this a success, and plan to make it again in the future.
Improvements: Add some vegetables to it next time, spinach or broccoli would work well.
Quick Meat Sauce:
a little olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
1 pound ground beef
2 bottle store bought pasta sauce (organic preferred)
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 bay leaf
1) Heat olive oil over medium high heat.
2) Add onion and saute for a couple minutes, until slightly brown and soft.
3) Add beef; brown, and cut up with spatula until cooked through.
4) Add sauce and spices. Cover and cook about 20 minutes to blend all the flavors.
