Hamburger, fries, and green beans

Tonight we just had a simple dinner.  The most exciting thing was homemade fries.  I wanted to use up the frozen hamburger patties in the freezer but had no french fries to go with it, so I made some.

Ingredients:
Some potatoes, I used red skinned potatoes
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Salt
Parmesan Cheese (optional)

Steps (oven preheated to 450º)
1) Peel potatoes and cut into french fry shaped strips.
2) Toss with olive oil and a couple big pinches of salt in a bowl.
3) Spread on baking sheet.
4) Put into over and flip and shake pan every 5 to 7 minutes.
5) When they turn nice and brown and good looking, take out of oven.
6) Put into a bowl, toss with a little more salt, and sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top.
7) All done! Eat with ketchup or BBQ sauce.

I also made some boiled green beans, and added a little salt to them too.  They were a big hit as well. So all in all a good yummy, and fairly quick/easy meal.
